Shipping & Returns

We currently offer shipping to South Africa.  If an item qualifies for international delivery, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
A flat rate of R150 will be added at checkout for qualifying international orders.
Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and VAT may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

South Africa

• Free shipping is available on orders over R1000 ZAR

• A flat rate of R80 applies for standard orders
  Local Delivery takes between 5-12 business days. 

Other International Destinations
Unfortunately, not all products are available for overseas delivery at this time. 
Customers can order Adriaan's books on Amazon for international locations. 
Eligible products will state their international availability on the product page. A flat shipping fee of R150 will apply at checkout.
 
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. For this reason, all sales of books are final, and we cannot accept returns on these items We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all other unused products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred when returning an item are the customer’s responsibility.

• If a refund is approved, any original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.

If your item is damaged or you have a concern with your product, please fill in our contact form within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Order Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or make changes to an order, please fill in our contact form. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.
 
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
This may take 2–3 weeks from the date you ship the return.

• Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Once processed, your bank should reflect the refund within 3 business days.
